Welcome to Transcend Hope CBO

Transcend Hope CBO is a non-profit organization established with a sole aim of addressing the societal challenges, more specifically those faced by women, young and teen girls, PLWDs as well as the elderly.


Our main catalyst for forming this organization is after assessing the challenges faced by these groups in Busia County.
